Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a field supervisory role for commercial GC or subcontractor.
• Strong project planning and scheduling knowledge across trades.
• Solid understanding of commercial construction practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews plans, specs, and Subtab sheets to understand scope and generate RFIs as needed.
• Supports project management with contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling, costing and overall coordination.
• Maintains strong relationships with Trade Partners to support project success.
• Performs quantity take-offs and assists with estimates for various scope packages.
• Provides detailed estimates and supports bid preparation for Sector Leader review.
• Manages and inspects installation of drywall systems, fire-rated assemblies, acoustical ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, and Division 10 specialties.
• Oversees exterior system installations including cold-formed metal framing, building envelope components, roof decking, and exterior cladding.
