Xalted Construction Group is seeking a passionate Construction Superintendent to lead fast-paced renovation projects in Texas. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment while delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of field experience.
• Experience in multifamily or commercial renovations.
• Strong background in large-scale exterior and interior rehab projects.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead crews.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Comfort with modern construction technology and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations.
