Job summary

Xalted Construction Group seeks a results-driven Construction Superintendent who can lead field operations, perform takeoffs in the field, and translate observed conditions into precise estimates for large-scale renovations.

This role in Dallas–Fort Worth offers growth into senior leadership and pricing for multifamily and commercial projects, with a compensation range of $70k–$100k+ plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction field experience.
• Experience in multifamily or commercial renovations.
• Hands-on estimating and field takeoff experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, assemblies, and construction methods.
• Ability to walk a property and translate field observations into scope and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage project sequencing, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Document progress and existing conditions.
