Job summary

Ferguson Construction is a regionally established General Contractor with over 100 years of experience in industrial, commercial, healthcare and institutional markets. We seek a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities from award through completion, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership with experience reading blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing large-scale projects. OSHA certified candidates will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years of practical leadership experience in commercial construction; proven ability to manage projects.
• Must have current OSHA 10/30-hour certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project safety per requirements and enforce policies.
• Construct the project according to plans and standard practices.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure timely documentation.
• Supervise craft workers and plan workforce levels and materials.
• Manage material delivery, storage, and efficient use of project materials.
• Ensure accurate lay out and communication to all trades.
