Job summary

ARMADA is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Lead to oversee construction security for all 9 RW secure projects at Beale, CA, ensuring SCIF/SAPF construction compliance and proper monitoring of all personnel and materials.

Qualified candidates have an active TS/SCI clearance with Continuous Evaluation, at least five years on ICD 705 construction projects, and two years in leadership roles; relocation is not available. ARMADA HQ will administer the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI and Continuous Evaluation.
• Minimum of five years ICD 705 construction security experience.
• Minimum two years in leadership/management on ICD 705 projects.
• Minimum eight years security experience related to ICD 705 SCIF/SAPF construction security management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction security and monitor 9 RW secure projects.
• Ensure SCIF/SAPF construction compliance.
• Monitor activities of construction workers and personnel on secure projects.
• Document construction activities and security incidents.
• Perform material inspections using specialized equipment like NLD and X-ray.
• Identify variances against ICD 705 plans.
• Conduct close-in/seal-in inspections per CSP/SSM/AO.
• Perform access control including searches and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of 9 RW projects daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
