Job summary

Five-S Group is seeking a Project Manager to work closely with the Vice President of Projects, Construction Managers, Superintendents, and the Operations team for each project assigned. You will be the main point person for all project communications and fully accountable for outcomes.

You will facilitate the owner's needs, the design team's intent, and subcontractor/vendor needs, helping the field team complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of project-related responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, reading/writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Energetic, flexible and focused with a positive attitude.
• Onsite demeanor; professional.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening required.
• Must have two forms of valid identification.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a large environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for projects and oversee all team communications.
• Ensure project outcomes are fully accountable and delivered on time.
• Facilitate owner's needs, design team's intent, and subcontractor/vendor needs.
• Assist field team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Possibly manage multiple projects across sectors and phases, including proposals.
