Job summary

Aristeo seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from scope through closeout. You will direct resources, build schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

You will manage project finances, prepare change orders, and mentor Project Engineers, traveling as needed to project sites across the nation. The role requires a strong background in heavy civil construction and automotive sector experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of experience in heavy civil project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD and Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead all projects and set direction, aligning resources to execute at a high standard.
• Interface with client representatives, A-E reps, and other contractors; oversee scheduling and subcontracts.
• Manage project finances, including job cost, change orders, and procurement; coach Project Engineers.
