Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project startup and turnover from estimating to operations.
• Review subcontractor scopes, identify gaps, and mitigate risks before construction begins.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track procurement and long-lead materials.
• Lead weekly owner, architect, tenant, and subcontractor meetings.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Oversee field operations, quality, safety, and closeout activities.
