The successful candidate will lead large-scale construction projects ranging from $40–$60 million, managing all phases from preconstruction to close-out. Qualifications

• Construction experience is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as projects require.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Washington, DC / Elkridge, MD area prior to start date.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules.
