Job summary

Coakley & Williams Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, financial management, and successful completion of multi-family, life sciences, and other commercial building projects.

You will work with the Project Superintendent and team, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, client communication, and project closeout, serving as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing major commercial construction projects or full delivery.
• Strong financial judgment and ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, and BIM workflows.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with safety and quality as priorities.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to set objectives and coordinate field and office activities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, payments, and vendor invoices.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and performance against contracts.
