Qualifications

• At least four years of construction management experience.
• Ability to estimate projects of $5 million or more.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with estimating software and spreadsheet design.
• Ability to read and organize construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
• Plan and execute onsite on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure conformance to contract documents.
• Manage budget, track expenses, and minimize risk.
• Review and approve project costs and subcontractors' bills.
• Prepare and submit pay applications for owners to approve.
• Ensure construction activities move according to schedule.
• Communicate with subcontractors across all phases.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors and own forces.
• Monitor progress and hold regular status meetings.
• Maintain adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals and issue contracts for buyouts.
• Coordinate/subdivide with Project Engineer on submittals.
• Prepare and issue change orders.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track costs and cash flow through project.
• Oversee project closeout and final acceptance.
