Cumming Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead owner-side oversight on pharma and industrial projects. You will coordinate EPC contractors, crews, and suppliers while ensuring alignment with schedules, drawings, and quality standards.

The role requires a strong background in GMP construction, 12+ years in field oversight, and the ability to manage multi-site EPC programs. A CCM or PMP is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of construction-management or field-oversight experience.
• 5+ years in a Construction Manager, Construction Director, or Area Manager role.
• Greenfield pharma, biotech, API, biologics, or chemical manufacturing experience.
• Multi-building and multi-EPC program experience preferred.
• CCM or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side construction oversight across active work areas.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Monitor field progress against the integrated schedule and construction sequence.
• Verify construction against drawings, specifications, contracts, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary scopes and multiple prime contractors.
• Review look-ahead schedules, manpower, productivity, and field constraints.
