Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management or related field.
• Strong project management and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules, budgets and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of construction from planning to closeout while maintaining quality and schedule.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, providing direction and support.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards on-site.
• Review designs and specifications to ensure quality and mitigate risks.
• Manage project budget, expenses, and resource utilization effectively.
• Communicate progress, changes, and challenges to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and address construction challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
