Keville Enterprises, Inc. seeks qualified construction managers to provide construction oversight and inspection services on public and private projects across airports, water/wastewater, highways, and rail.

The role involves representing the owner, coordinating among stakeholders, and ensuring schedule and budget adherence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in relevant projects, proficiency with MS Word/Excel and construction reporting tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in airport, water/wastewater, civil, highway, facility or a related construction field.
• Experience managing, inspecting, testing, and coordinating construction projects.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and construction reporting software; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the project owner in daily oversight of construction activities.
• Coordinate the activities of owner, designer, construction contractor, public utility, and third party/abutter personnel.
• Monitor and advise the owner on project budget and schedule status.
• Analyze, estimate, and negotiate potential change orders and claims.
• Contract administration; identify and resolve construction problems and challenges in the field; inspect work to ensure conformance with plans and specs; report daily progress.
