Job summary

The Brock Group is seeking a Foreman for the Worley - Exxon Gold Project in Baytown, TX. You will supervise craft workers, perform on-site tasks when needed, and ensure work complies with contract requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading pre-job safety planning, conducting crew meetings, QA/QC, equipment management, and timely reporting of hours and materials. Strong leadership and 4+ years craft experience are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and oversight of craft workers on site.
• Strong safety culture adherence and on-site decision making.
• Ability to manage crews, time, and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s Bsafe/Bbest culture on all activities.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure rule compliance.
• Conduct regular crew meetings and daily safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with Brock, contractor, and governmental safety requirements.
• Understand contract scope and change order process.
• Direct loading/unloading and storage of materials and equipment.
• Verify equipment safety and maintenance on site.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document results.
• Order equipment and supplies as needed and ensure correct usage.
• Estimate material and labor requirements and assign work.
• Maintain accurate time records and report on resources.
• Resolve personnel issues and support promotions/transfers as needed.
• Monitor progress to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Advise on production and equipment improvements for safety and efficiency.
