Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in configuration management or a related field, preferably within the aerospace industry OR 6 years if aerospace-focused.
• Strong understanding of configuration management standards (ISO, ANSI, CMII).
• Ability to influence change and lead diverse teams.
• Experience with CDM processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplined team overseeing Configuration and Data Management (CDM) for NGSP.
• Collaborate with Program/Engineering leadership to meet milestones and report KPIs.
• Provide guidance on CDM principles: Planning, Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting.
• Audit and maintain CDM process documentation; drive continuous improvement.
• Staffing, budgeting, policy implementation, and RCCA coordination.
