Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar construction leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple crews and complex projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foremen and field crews through consistent communication and accountability.
• Manage multiple crews and jobsite activities simultaneously.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for project success.
• Monitor productivity and labor performance to improve efficiency.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with jobsite requirements.
