Job summary

J+M Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead concrete operations on civil construction sites in central and southwest Virginia. You will oversee crews, plan daily tasks, and ensure safety while delivering curb, sidewalk, pavement and stair installations.

The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a good driving history. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have 6-10 years field experience as a concrete foreman.
• Experience installing concrete curbs, sidewalks, pavement and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe site and ensure crew safety.
• Plan, schedule and execute daily tasks for site and crew.
• Meet daily production goals and lead the crew on site.
• Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders.
• Pass drug testing as this is a drug-free workplace.
