Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on concrete installation and crew leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crew through all project phases from tear-out to final finish.
• Accurately measure elevations and set forms to ensure proper drainage.
• Operate laser grading equipment and set elevations independently.
• Maintain quality control across driveway and slab installations.
• Coordinate daily site operations to keep projects on schedule.
