Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in the southeastern U.S., seeks a Supervising Finisher. You will oversee Specialty Finishers and Concrete Finishers, ensuring the correct dry finish and green tagging before storage.

Safe, quality-focused work is essential; you will review shop cards with the Manager, assign crews, and instruct on finishes and special requirements. The role supports production schedules and plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Follow safety and quality rules in production.
• Ability to supervise and instruct finishing crews.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality processes for a safe, high-quality output.
• Review shop cards with Manager.
• Verify dry finish for each bed form.
• Assign one or more Concrete Finishers – Class B.
• Instruct finishers on finish type and special requirements.
• Saw off strand ends and perform necessary dry finish.
• Apply rework to products to meet schedules.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.
