Job summary

JES Holdings, LLC in Missouri is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our field team. You will prepare, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces on sidewalks, roads, foundations, and other structures, following project specs and safety rules.

You will work on diverse projects and collaborate with construction professionals to maintain schedules and ensure quality. You must be able to read blueprints, operate hand tools and heavy equipment, and work with teammates to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
Ability to safely operate hand tools and heavy equipment.
Physically capable of manual labor including lifting, bending and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
Perform excavation, trenching, and demolition to prepare sites.
Coordinate with team on underground utility installations and safety practices.
Inspect finished surfaces for defects and correct as needed to meet quality standards.
Maintain and operate dump trucks and other machinery to transport materials.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on site.
