Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead concrete frame and formwork projects in Fort Myers, FL. You will supervise project teams, interpret structural/shop drawings, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high quality results.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least five years of commercial concrete shell project experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in commercial concrete shell construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze plan layouts, materials deliveries and productivity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside of office area

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning, safety and quality.
• Manages productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develops processes for delivering total concrete solutions with local team.
• Reads rebar and structural drawings.
• supervises Assistant Project Managers.
• Maintains customer relationships to secure projects and reduce risk.
• Monitors safety and quality issues on the project.
• Coordinates material and equipment schedules for efficient use.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
