Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a polished, hospitality‑driven Lead Concierge Associate to be the face of our workplace. You will lead guest services, manage registrations, room bookings, and guest needs, while capturing preferences for personalized visits.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional presence. You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and collaborate with SPS leadership to maintain a seamless environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of concierge, hospitality, reception, or high‑touch client‑facing experience preferred.
  • Previous lead or senior‑level guest services experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to colleagues and guests.
  • Manage visitor registration, guest arrivals, meeting room bookings, and special requests.
  • Build relationships and capture guest preferences to personalize future visits.
  • Provide directions, information, and connections to colleagues and departments.
  • Conduct floor walks to ensure supplies are stocked and spaces are guest‑ready.
  • Identify and address facilities or workplace issues.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and SPS management.
  • Participate in team meetings and coordinate with Workplace Experience teams.

We’re seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Lead Concierge Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues, guests, and key stakeholders. As the face of the workplace, you’ll deliver personalized service while helping maintain a seamless, professional environment.

What You’ll Do
Guest & Concierge Services
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to colleagues and guests
  • Manage visitor registration, guest arrivals, meeting room bookings , and special requests
  • Build relationships and capture guest preferences to personalize future visits
  • Provide directions, information, and connections to colleagues and departments
Workplace Experience
  • Conduct floor walks to ensure supplies are stocked and spaces are clean, organized, and guest‑ready
  • Identify and address facilities or workplace issues
  • Maintain a safe and professional reception environment
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, Office Service Leaders, and SPS management
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insight on site performance and service opportunities
  • Partner with Workplace Experience and other service teams to coordinate daily needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve service or operational issues
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of concierge, hospitality, reception, or high‑touch client‑facing experience preferred
  • Previous lead or senior‑level guest services experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Professional presence with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using workplace technology and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform regular floor walks throughout the workplace
  • Ability to operate standard office and workplace equipment
