Job description

Position Title

Lead, Concession (Part-Time) at Las Vegas Ballpark

Pay Range

$18.00 to $20.00

Job Summary

This part‑time, event‑based role covers operations from March to September. The lead manages the concession stand assigned, supervises staff, and ensures a safe and efficient service environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the assigned concession stand.
• Assist team members and maintain a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greet, direct, and respond to guests’ questions and needs.
• Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
• Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
• Receive money from customers and make correct change.
• Monitor money in the cash drawer to ensure adequate change is available.
• Take inventory of supplies and equipment; maintain stock at required operational levels.
• Train stand attendants.
• Oversee accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Current or potential to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.
