Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Expert Computer Network Operations Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining CNO capabilities, while ensuring communication with leadership and customers, and enforcing software standards for network and security requirements. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent combinations.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
• Experience with low-level internals in Windows/Unix/Mobile/Networking devices.
• Solid networking (TCP/IP) and socket programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, debug, and maintain CNO capabilities.
• Coordinate effectively with leadership and customers.
• Ensure software standards meet network and security requirements.
• Supervise and mentor project staff.
