Job summary

Axiom is seeking a founding team member to own major parts of its computational mass spectrometry stack. You will analyze large-scale LC‑MS/MS datasets across metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics, and reactive metabolite workflows, building scalable pipelines and turning raw data into model-ready representations.

Collaborating with biology, chemistry, ML, and engineering teams, you will drive data quality, experimental design, and new strategies for expanding mass spec data generation to support

Qualifications

• Experience with untargeted LC‑MS/MS metabolomics analysis.
• Ability to translate mass spec data into biological insights.
• Familiarity with high‑throughput workflows and QC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale LC‑MS/MS datasets across metabolomics, lipidomics, and proteomics.
