Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 7+ years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and detailed drawings; perform calculations.
• Proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints, diagrams, process sheets, and assembly drawings.
• Gives instructions to team of Composite Technicians regarding work assignments.
• Sets up and operates equipment to make test runs.
• Examines product for defects and verifies tolerances.
• Records information on production logs and prepares reports.
• Assists with production scheduling and methods improvement.
• Confers with supervisors to coordinate activities.
• Performs re-work and repairs defective products.
• Adheres to safety and regulatory requirements.
