What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist senior compliance professionals in evaluating business policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Provide updates for status reports of program initiatives and develop content for management presentations
- Liaison with the Sales team for internal audits and operational risk control testing
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and assist in identifying compliance risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, Compliance, Law, Risk, Operations, Governance, or a related field
- In lieu of education, 6+ years of relevant experience in the aforementioned fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and collaboration
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in compliance risk culture and regulatory compliance
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and Professional Project Management certification upon hire
- Knowledge of Compliance Management System components and risk monitoring activities
- Experience in building partnerships and optimizing work processes for continuous improvement
