Ladders is seeking a Lead Compliance Risk Manager, Product Compliance - AI to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own compliance risk guidance for AI-enabled products in a highly regulated environment, helping shape launch readiness and ongoing oversight.

You will partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and risk stakeholders to translate evolving regulatory expectations into practical controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance advisory or regulatory risk, fintech preferred.
• Experience with AI, ML, or model-driven products in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of UDAAP and BSA/AML regulatory frameworks in AI banking.
• Familiarity with emerging AI regulations and frameworks like NIST AI RM.
• Technical fluency to discuss model behavior with engineers.
• Strong project management for large-scale compliance initiatives.
• Ability to drive remediation and policy development.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Compliance Risk Manager, Product Compliance - AI to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own compliance risk guidance for AI-enabled products in a highly regulated environment, helping shape launch readiness and ongoing oversight. You will partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and risk stakeholders to translate evolving regulatory expectations into practical controls. The position requires strong technical fluency, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate novel compliance challenges as the organization expands its AI capabilities.

You will also help strengthen policy standards, support remediation efforts, and mentor compliance colleagues across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $187,000 – $233,800 annually
