Operations Management:Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including operational governance of third-party vendor including:

• Process Improvement:Identifying inefficiencies in current business processes and recommending and/or implementing solutions to optimize compliance operations. Collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights to improve/enable compliant operations. Generating reports and identifying trends using statistical and/or financial modeling.
• Documentation and Compliance:Ensuring program operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation for audits, and staying updated with relevant laws and standards.
• Project Coordination:Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Coordinating with different teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Skills required:Commercial and business acumen; decision making and critical thinking; managing multiple priorities; risk management; compliance and business analytics; compliance program oversight; data gathering, analysis and reporting; managing third parties, and complex problem solving.

Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint Skills required.
