Operations Management:Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including operational governance of third-party vendor including:
Skills required:Commercial and business acumen; decision making and critical thinking; managing multiple priorities; risk management; compliance and business analytics; compliance program oversight; data gathering, analysis and reporting; managing third parties, and complex problem solving.
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint Skills required.
Government sponsored program (E-Rate), Customer service and/or billing experience preferred
Experience in Business Billing Operations:3+ years
Job Contribution:An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
