Vail Resorts in Crested Butte, Colorado is seeking a Race Crew member to assist with daily setup of race facilities and event support.

Seasonal winter 2026/2027, full-time hours, outdoor alpine work, lifting up to 50 lbs and a valid drivers license are required. English fluency and skiing ability are essential, with opportunities for training and advancement. Starting pay range is $23.00/hr to $29.22/hr (gross).

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
