Qualifications

• Two years' experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities.
• Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little supervision.
• Experience in non-profit human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to program participants in alignment with ISPs.
• Plan and implement therapeutic programming and activities.
• Complete documentation including t-logs and incident reports.
