RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community in Texas. You will lead staff, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and train teams while ensuring policy adherence and professional customer service.

You will also assist with budgets, financial reporting, and tenant relations. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of multi-family management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, conduct interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and reviews.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators; manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Train office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition programs, training and team-building.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting with variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to issues to resolve service needs.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for resident experience.
• Analyze market trends with marketing to implement leasing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Follow eviction procedures as required.
• Manage owner relationships with updates and property tours.
