Job summary

Wellvance is seeking a CLS Supervisor to lead Community Living Support staff serving individuals with complex mental health needs. You will supervise teams, ensure service quality, and coordinate with families and case managers to support independent living.

The role requires a degree in Human Services (BA preferred) or an AA with supervisory experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred, or AA with three years supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite; ability to create spreadsheets and reports.
• Effective written and verbal communication for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Living Support Staff servicing individuals with SMI/IDD/SED.
• Ensure services align with Plan of Service and promote independence.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, and case managers per Person-Centered planning process.
