Job summary

Park Vista in Verona is seeking a Community Director to lead Noel Manor Retirement Living campus communities and uphold our four core values: Dignity, Collaboration, Compassion, and Transparency. This role partners with the Regional Executive Director on planning, hires and mentors staff, drives resident engagement, and ensures safe, compliant operations.

It also oversees budgets, supports sales efforts, and ensures high-quality living experiences for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Regional Executive Director on short and long-term planning.
• Leads hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Fosters resident engagement and retention through issue resolution.
• Provides on-site leadership, mentoring and team training.
• Manages staffing to meet occupancy while balancing budget needs.
• Collaborates on sales and marketing activities to meet monthly goals.
• Oversees budgets and reviews spend reports across departments.
• Coordinates HR matters including performance and discipline.
• Monitors building safety and living environment quality.
• Ensures licensure, state compliance, and maintains records.
• Maintains 24/7 coverage for emergencies via on-call rotation.
• Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally.
