Job summary

Crossland Heavy seeks an experienced Commissioning & Startup Manager to lead commissioning of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant projects. You will drive plans, perform testing, oversee systems startup, and report progress to senior leadership.

This role requires strong coordination with subs and a focus on safety, schedules, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commissioning/startup, a relevant engineering degree, and experience supervising teams in water/wastewater

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical/I&C, Business Administration, Science, or similar.
5+ years' experience in commissioning & start up.
1+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience in water/wastewater industry or applicable industrial construction.

Responsibilities

Lead commissioning and startup plans aligned with project scope, schedule and budget.
Execute Commissioning and Startup of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.
Attend daily coordination meetings with Electrical Subcontractor, I&C Subcontractor, and Crossland Heavy Team.
Provide updates to senior management on progress, risks, and issues.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for commissioning and startup.
