Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager for mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. This full-time, project-based role requires coordinating commissioning engineers, construction teams, vendors, and owners to ensure electrical, mechanical, controls, and life-safety systems are tested and ready for operation.

Travel up to 50% is expected. You will manage schedules, readiness assessments, and turnover milestones, uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in commissioning or PM.
• Experience with mission-critical, data center, industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life-safety systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning planning and execution for data center projects.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, construction, vendors, and owners.
• Develop schedules, readiness assessments, test procedures, turnover milestones.
• Oversee functional and integrated systems testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Identify risks and develop corrective actions to meet project requirements.
• Support final turnover and ensure operational readiness.
