Job summary

Solar Landscape is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our solar projects. You will plan, budget, procure, and manage construction, scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation, coordinating with engineering, safety, and external partners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

This Illinois role (Greater Chicago area) offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Requirements include 5+ years in field construction management, strong leadership, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Plan, budget, procure, construct, and close out solar projects in coordination with multiple teams.
• Experience managing rooftop/ground-mount PV projects and interconnections.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of PV projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, and subcontracting activities.
• Develop schedules, monitor progress, and manage cost forecasts.
• Lead meetings with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality and safety standards.
