Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years field experience or equivalent technical education or certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of life safety and home automation equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of commercial security systems (wired and wireless) with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and network issues; assist with basic integration.
• Run and conceal wiring; set up system functionality for customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and document outcomes.
• Keep job sites clean and organized for safe work.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices.
