Guardian Protection is seeking a Commercial Installer to lead the installation of commercial security systems, including intrusion, fire, video, and access control. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and technicians to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality installations.

The position requires at least 2 years in commercial security installation, ability to read blueprints, and willingness to obtain NICET certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain NICET certification as required.
• Possess or be able to obtain fire alarm licenses for Ohio and West Virginia.

Responsabilités

• Install commercial security systems per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Complete installations on time and within budget with high quality.
• Coordinate with managers and team to meet schedule.
• Train and mentor junior installers and ensure safety protocols.
