Job summary

JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company, in Worthington, OH, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Tech I. You will lead the service crew, locate and repair leaks, and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish with an emphasis on craftsmanship.

Core requirements include 2+ years of leadership in commercial roofing, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and good client communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during different weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Bilingual a plus!, English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead service crew and supervise roofing work.
• Inspect, locate and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, and metal.
• Ensure work meets job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain required paperwork and attend meetings; assist in training crew members.
