Job summary

Atlantic Roofing Corporation is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead a crew of roof mechanics and laborers on commercial projects. You will supervise installation, repairs, and removals, ensure work is completed safely and on schedule, and communicate progress to our construction management team as well as clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing, including supervisory experience, knowledge of low-slope roof systems, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State licensure.
• Five or more years of commercial roofing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiar with low slope roof installations and repairs.
• OSHA 30-hour card a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical stamina and strong organizational/time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers throughout installation, repair, or removal projects.
• Supervise equipment use.
• Track and report progress.
• Ensure project specifications are followed.
• Submit employee timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
