• Must hold a valid Driver’s License with a good 7-year driving record.
• Experience with roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform quality roof repairs in a timely manner.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
• Requisition materials and supplies from stockroom.
• Perform inspections to determine root causes of roof issues.

Skills

Knowledge of roof systems (Modified Bitumen, E.P.D.M., TPO/PVC)
