Job summary

Christiansen, a Tecta America Company, Milwaukee-based roofing contractor, seeks an experienced commercial roofing service foreman to lead crews in installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems and to manage projects from start to finish with a focus on craftsmanship and safety.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions; local travel is involved.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with various roofing systems is ideal.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Able to work at heights and in varying weather.
• Self-motivated with initiative and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of roof systems including BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slopes.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure work is performed according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Manage crew, paperwork, meetings, and training as needed.
• Track inventory and file daily reports.
