Job summary

JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman / Lead Man to lead field crews and deliver safe, high-quality commercial roofing projects in Tiffin, OH. The role partners with the Project Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations, safety, quality, and crew performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing leadership experience, can read plans, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive productivity on site.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Roofing foreman or crew leadership experience required.
Commercial roofing installation and repair experience.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct roofing crews on commercial roofing projects.
Plan daily work activities and assign responsibilities to crew members.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain schedules and minimize downtime.
Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and work requirements.
Monitor installation quality to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.
Track job progress and communicate needs to the Project Manager.
Enforce OSHA requirements and safety policies on the jobsite.
Complete daily job reports and safety documentation on time.
