Job summary

Franke LLC in North America seeks aSenior Product Manager to lead the commercial product portfolio. You will own the product roadmap and manage the full development lifecycle from voice of customer to launch and lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with engineers, specifiers, contractors and internal teams to deliver durable, compliant products for regulated environments in multi-family, healthcare, and institutional facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in product development/engineering for manufactured products.
• Minimum 2 years leading people or cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) and GD&T.
• Knowledge of Canadian and US product certifications and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and innovation for the North America commercial portfolio.
• Own the product roadmap and full development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Serve as technical authority with engineers, specifiers, contractors, and partners.
• Translate customer insights and market data into a prioritized product roadmap.
