Breakthrough MEP is seeking a proven Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to lead senior-level projects from buyout through closeout. You will direct PMs and field teams, coordinate with GCs, vendors, and owners, and ensure disciplined execution with strong commercial judgment.

You will read plans, manage procurements, and protect contract terms while keeping the project on schedule and within budget across Denver or Cape Coral sites.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive commercial construction project-management experience.
• At least three years in commercial plumbing, mechanical, or MEP construction with plumbing knowledge.
• Demonstrated ownership of a project through turnover, buyout, submittals, procurement, field execution, and closeout.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and translate into buyout and execution decisions.
• Hands-on experience with submittals, RFIs, procurement, commitments, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the project from estimating turnover through final closeout with clear scope, budget, schedule, risk, and communication.
• Review contracts, estimates, submittals, exclusions, and schedule before work begins.
• Coordinate buyout, long-lead materials, and manpower; manage changes and billings.
• Maintain cadence with APM, Superintendent, and field leaders; represent with GC, vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
• Own project budgeting, commitments, cost-to-complete forecast, and cash position.
