Job summary

United Services, Inc. in Eastern TN is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee commercial plumbing installations, run small crews, and ensure all work complies with local code.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial plumbing, a valid driver's license, and strong safety and quality focus; training apprentices, coordinating with general contractors, and maintaining jobsite safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of the plumbing code.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use ladders safely.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and able to work independently or with a team.
• Willing to work out of town, nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbing crews and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Plan and manage installations of commercial plumbing systems according to plans, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, electricians, HVAC crews and other trades to prevent conflicts and delays.
• Ensure quality workmanship and verify that installations meet project specifications and applicable plumbing codes.
• Maintain a clean jobsite and company vehicle
• Complete required documentation, service tickets, and safety checklists
• Follow company safety protocols and best practices
• Training apprentices
