Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Plumbing Foreman experience.
• Commercial or industrial plumbing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, plumbing codes, blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Ability to interpret plans, schematics, and specifications to safely and efficiently execute projects.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial plumbing projects from layout through completion.
• Supervise and mentor plumbers and apprentices.
• Plan manpower, materials, and daily jobsite activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code requirements.
