Job summary

LJ Cross Plumbing is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to oversee field crews on commercial construction projects. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality plumbing installations aligned with plans, specs, and BIM models, while coordinating with general contractors and other trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience with leadership in commercial projects.
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to read and work from construction documents, shop drawings, and BIM.
• Strong communication and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA safety policies and lead daily safety meetings.
• Direct, supervise, and mentor plumbers and apprentices on active sites.
• Plan and sequence plumbing activities to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure installations meet codes, specs, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain inspections, tests, and field records.
